Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply to all offers made by Parliament Productions, LLC., all orders placed by you and all agreements concluded between us in relation to the products and services offered on this website.
Currency
Transactions will be accepted using Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and PayPal. Pricing will be stated and charged in US currency.
Shipping Policy
US Orders
When placing your order, you will have three options for shipping speed. Regular ground (5-10 business days), Expedited (3-5 business days) and Rush (next business day). Next business day orders placed after 2pm pacific will arrive in 2 business days. Orders within the continental USA will be shipped via USPS/FedEx/UPS.
International Orders
Shipping on International Orders needs to be quoted out on a case by case scenario.
When you have placed your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email confirming our receipt of your order. Our department will act swiftly to pack and ship your order. Once your order has dispatched, you will receive another email notifying you that your package is en route. This email will also contain a tracking number that will allow you to track your package.
In the event you feel that your order is delayed you can email us and we will be glad to assist in providing you answers.
Small Parcel
We use Small Parcel methods of shipment when available. Based on product, we will ship smaller, lighter items via FEDEX, UPS or USPS.
Depending on where you are located to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 3 and 6 business days after it leaves the warehouse.
We do not require a signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.
Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important. You must note all damage on the shippers copy before they leave your home. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.
If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge.
Large Parcel
Large Parcel, bulk order and or quarter pallet displays will be quoted out on a case by case basis depending on the most economic ground shipping method from FEDEX, UPS or USPS.

Once we have identified you in our system we will proceed to make the necessary adjustments in compliance with your request. All information is protected and limited in its availability to outside sources. We will only share that information when absolutely necessary. If you order through our online shopping cart, we will never store or even see your entire credit card number. If you call or fax in your order, we will destroy the record of your credit card information after we have received payment.
